Refund Policy

1. General Policy

• All payments, subscriptions, and service charges made to Mirrorpip are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• By subscribing to or using Mirrorpip’s services, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any condition except as expressly stated in this policy.

2. Exception – Technical Outage from Mirrorpip

Refunds may be considered only if a confirmed Mirrorpip platform outage:

• Directly prevented the execution of trades,
• Was caused solely by Mirrorpip’s systems (excluding third-party exchanges, brokers, or internet providers), and
• Lasted for a continuous period exceeding 6 hours (or as otherwise stated by Mirrorpip).

In such cases:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident, along with relevant details and evidence.
• Refunds are limited to the subscription fees paid for the affected billing period only.
• No compensation is provided for trading losses, missed profits, or indirect damages.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• User dissatisfaction with strategy or leader performance.
• Losses arising from crypto/forex market volatility.
• API errors, outages, or restrictions imposed by exchanges or brokers.
• Incorrect account setup, configuration errors, or misuse by the user.
• Early termination or cancellation of subscription by the user.
• Network, device, or connectivity issues outside Mirrorpip’s control.

4. Cancellation of Services

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
• Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund.
• Access to paid services continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Changes to This Policy

Mirrorpip may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
