End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Mirrorpip Pvt Ltd (“Mirrorpip,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of the Mirrorpip platform, including its website, mobile applications, software, APIs, and related services (“Software”). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

Mirrorpip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal or business trading automation in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not transfer ownership of the Software or any associated intellectual property rights.

2. Restrictions on Use

  • Do not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Software.
  • Do not use the Software for unlawful purposes, including fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation.
  • Do not rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer rights to the Software.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or security of the Software.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Software, source code, design, trademarks, and all related content are and remain the sole property of Mirrorpip. This Agreement does not grant you any rights in or to Mirrorpip’s intellectual property other than the limited license expressly provided.

4. User Data & API Access

By using the Software, you may connect your crypto/forex exchange accounts via API keys. You authorize Mirrorpip to securely store your API keys (without withdrawal rights) and fetch your order history, trade data, and analytics for dashboard features. Your use of the Software also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy and API Account Linking Disclaimer.

5. Risks & Disclaimer

  • Trading in cryptocurrencies and forex is inherently risky and may result in financial loss.
  • The Software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Mirrorpip does not guarantee profitability, accuracy of strategies, or uninterrupted availability of the Software.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mirrorpip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software. Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

7. Termination

Mirrorpip may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you breach this Agreement or misuse the Software. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and delete all related copies from your devices.

8. Updates & Modifications

Mirrorpip may update or modify the Software at any time, including bug fixes, feature enhancements, or security patches. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new version.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.
